Ted's paintings have appeared in every major magazine and on dozens of movie posters  such as Fiddler on the Roof , Man of La Mancha, Hair and Labyrinth.  His art has graced the covers of countless books, including those of Vladimir Nabokov and Jerzy Kosinksi, each of whom acquired a painting for his personal collection.

James Michener asked Ted to illustrate his novels for Readers' Digest Condensed Books and Betsy Byars chose him to create drawings for her Newberry Award-winning children's book, Summer of the Swans.  The US Air Force and the US Army commissioned paintings that now hang in the pentagon.
